Finally I see the scale moving again. It had been Frozen all week. I know it is because I have not been able to fit enough exercise into my schedule. This weekend will not be any better. We have a football game tonight. I work in the concession stand tonight, so I will be working up a sweat. The problem is to avoid eating all those TASTY chili cheese fries. I will reward myself on Saturday if I can avoid the stadium food. I will bake some fast fries and drizzle them with turkey chili and a sprinkling of cheese for my supper on Saturday. On Saturday we have a Band Competition and a Band Concert to Honor our Veterans. I will be working at the Concert. There is also a Hot Dog meal, but I will avoid it. Sunday is busy as usual. I will be up moving most of the weekend instead of lounging around watching TV and on Facebook, so maybe I will see more scale movement.
From now until New Years Day my work and personal calendars are full.
