Got to cycle today but only a slightly modified distance with less hills and challenges. Some discomfort now so perhaps too soon to do too much? But it was fun. Hope I am not impeding recovery. After going through the painful procedure might not be worth it to push. Anyway next procedure is next month.....Oh the pain..with that. :)
