WOW!!! Really surprised me to see the scale on the down side. 2lbs I'll take it. :) Nice to see the loss when I didn't really try but will keep focused on good food choices and working out. :)
261.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
