it seems one more month required to challenge the task
205.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good to know. It takes me at least 6 weeks to get the metabolism up and running after some solid weight gain.

Same for weight loss as well.When body learned than it start loosing weight.It happens with me :)

Is anyone else also lifting weights regularly? I'm wondering if that's part of why the scale is not moving quite as fast for me.
