WAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Overslept this morning, but nevertheless ready to conquer the day.

Yesterday's weigh in was ok, but as I stated I knew I would be up by weigh in time, they have my total loss as 10lbs, and only losing 3.4 lbs, but I will be going by my scale that I use to weigh on first thing in the morning in my birthday suit and leave my entry as 4.7 loss:-)

Yesterday my trainer was talking to the group that he is training in this weight challenge, and told us a way to boost our metabolism is to eat 1 meal, not all day, but 1 meal eat anything we wanted. He told me that since we just weighed in that today would be a good day for me to do it as the others participants had already did it. Well, after the challenge I didn't dissapoint. I went and got me a Burrito, with sour cream and guacamole', shredded pork, rice and beans. Ohhhhhhhh boy he better know what he's talking about LOL I felt soooooooo guilty. He said by doing this and our bodies being so adaptable, that it tricks the body into thinking that it is not trying to lose weight, and since I am so strict with getting my 1200 calories in that it confuses the body.

Well back to the program today!!!!!!! THennnnn someone wants to bring Halloween candy in ughhhhhhh, but NOPE I politely moved the bowl furthest away from my desk and had my banana. (gee I'm good LOL)

Going to do my stair climbing during my break and lunch. Walking stairs to the 9th floor and looking forward to ZUMBA tonight! YEAH!!!!!
