I am stuck on weight - REASON: Not enough exercise and water. Those weird occasions that I have lunch outside, as yesterday, I went to Ruth's Chris and ate a jumbo crab cake sandwich, fries, drank a diet coke, and after dinner at home I lie down in my bed until this morning. What I wish had done better? (Water instead of coke) (Salad instead of fries) (Exercise instead of chat) - Just venting out!
