I am running in the Hot Choclate 5k, my first race, on Saturday. Having something to train for was such a good motivator to get me to the gym after my internship and class. I've recommitted to better eating habits beginning on the First. Except for some Halloween candy, I feel like I'm doing pretty well so far. I feel like I'm getting back on track.
