Thyroid still out of whack. Starting back on weight watchers today, limiting self to 26 points daily to start. By lunch today, I clocked 10.5 points. Hopefully will show some improvement. I feel very puffy in my abdomen. Hope this helps soon.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
