So the other day I had a total melt down. I had ordered one of the biggest losers DVD's to try and do some exercise in my own home, seeing how I dont have a gym membership. Well I was so embarrassed and so ashamed that I couldnt even make it throught the whole 20 minutes of the workout. I just burst out in tears because it made me realize how out of shape I truly am. My one year old was "working out" with me and I just looked at her in pure shame, I really have lost myself.

Please don't let that make you stop trying. It takes time for your body to get used to doing intense workouts. Just do what you can and you'll notice you can do more and more as time goes by. I really like doing the walking routines you can get either on demand or on DVD. They are still a great workout and they are easy on the joints (I'm 51 ) It's great that your 1 yr old is working out with you. You are teaching her healthy habits. Don't give up, if you need to catch your breath just jog in place then jump back in with the routine when you feel you can. Good luck and hang in there

Hey sweetie, keep trying! I was at your weight for 20 years and finally decided to get the weight off. I am still working on it. I have 14 pounds to reach my goal of 150! We are all here for you. Remember to love yourself, take small steps, they add up to big results! YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT TO!

You are doing something positive and great for yourself. So what if you can't make it through the dvd. If you keep doing it, you will be shocked at how fast you will build endurance and gain confidence. Now quit the pity party and be proud of yourself. Progress not perfection!
