Up 5lbs, crap! I haven't been as vigilant about logging what I eat though and it shows on the scale for sure! Oh well, onward and downward :)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
