started creatine Saturday
138.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

i'm curious about the creatine. I know it builds muscle but i wouldn't want bodybuilder muscle. Can you tell me a little more about how to use it and what you are hoping to achieve? Thanks

There's a good article on www.menshealth.com on creatine. If you google "what does creatine do for you workout" it should come up. It gives you more energy so you can train harder and get quicker results. It also has some side effects. It all depends on what your fitness goals are. It's for building muscle, not really weight loss. But the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest and the more you can eat and still maintain your weight. You can't get body builder muscles unless you train hard like a body builder.
