First of the month and a clean slate to get back on track and back to eating a balanced diet and getting in my exercise now that my cold is disappearing.

I completed my shred it with weights workout and then did another shred it work out which took my calorie burn to 600. My 4kg kettlebell arrived today so i'm looking forward to trying the workout with the bell tomorrow.
