Having a hard time finding the time to workout. I need to get a plan together. I find I workout more consistantly when I have a plan written out and something to follow by. I want to get in some running, abs, and my insanity everyday. Well at least insanity 6days a week and the rest 4 to 5 days a week. Just need to get back in there. This may mean I have to get up early...which I hate to do, with four boys you try to get all the sleep you can. Lol.
