Ok, so I have fallen off of my healthy wagon for about a month now. I really am discouraged with myself, but here I am today jumping back on and going to take off again like a bat out of hell. The reason I fell off? Moving sucks when it comes to being able to live a healthy lifestyle. Living between two residents meant I was eating out 2 and 3 times a day. I did not have time for the gym, and just was too busy with everything that I had to do in getting the new casa set up. However...I am in and settled! That is such a huge accomplishment! I am looking forward to getting back on track and setting new goals. So...in respect to all the other times I have said this... "Today is the first day of the rest of my life!"
