I hate being afraid of the scale! I have a few reasons why I don't want to get on it. I've done well this week except for one day I was only able to do 45 min. And another day 40 min. But still I managed to get seven days in. I've been eating candy, but too ashamed to write it down. Pathetic.

Don't be so hard on yourself. It was only some candy. Even if you ate 3500 calories worth extra, it's only one pound of weight gain. And that's alot of candy, probably more than you could eat.:) Tomorrow is a new day-a day to start over. I ate some candy this week myself, but I'm not going to let it ruin my whole weight loss adventure!

Thanks, I really appreciate the encouragement. Sometimes I get so disappointed with trying to lose weight. The scale is my nemesis most days. You know when you try so hard and you get on the scale and it shows ZERO results?? It's disheartening.
