So, this past 7days (week) I slipped off the good eating a bit. Oops.

Last week was my birthday, so I had cake twice.
DH made pancakes (white flour pancakes)-I ate one. With butter and syrup last weekend.

I have been wanting a hash brown from MCD's for about 3 weeks now, so I figured after that long that I really wanted it, so I had it, with an egg mcmuffin.

It's 10:30 in the morning, and I have eaten 650 calories already.
I was super hungry this morning.
