TGIF!!! Talked with my sister last night and we've decided we are going to have a team for the hospital's Lose to Win challenge. She will miss the first weigh in because she can't weigh before the baby comes, but I think this will be good for us! We are both motivated to eat better, get in shape, and teach our kids to eat better. . . .plus it would be sweet to win some money!! I think I am going to reset for the next few days and get a plan in place, then Wednesday it is back to it! This time though, I don't want to deprive myself. I did that before and then when the challenge was over I couldn't stop indulging on holiday treats! It's ok to indulge one day, but not every day for the whole month of December. . . and some of January! I ended up gaining back half what I lost. So I need to do this in a more healthy mindful way while still getting a treat here and there.
Day 10 no doritos/coke for breakfast. I even went to the gas station this morning and was not tempted to get them! Yay me :)
