Hello there! Last Saturday I went to see my Doctor to talk about my 5:2 diet and he said STOP. He's against calorie counting and he gave me a new diet :
Morning : 2 slices of bread with Butter (only 15%fat) + yoghurt fat free, an apple, tea or coffee with or without milk and a fresh orange juice.

10 am : an apple or 2 mandarines

Lunch : Salade with light sauce, carbs with some cream (3% fat) and either fish or meat + yoghurt 0% + Fruit

Tea time : same as 10 am or cottage cheese (0% Fat) with surimi

Dinner : same as lunch but with vegetables instead of carbs.

1 meal per week when I can eat anything I want.

Breakfast on Sunday mornings : 2 croissants instead of bread and butter.

I started last Monday. I need to weigh in only once a week on Mondays. So we'll see...

Also had a long list of blood tests and I should be loosing in average, 2 kg a month. Not much but at least I'm sure to get rid of them definitely as it's not really like a diet but more of a healthy way to eat.
