Soo.....I haven't really been focused on my diet the past few weeks, just trying to maintain the same weight at the very least....but it does piss me off when almost everyday there's still supposedly a 1200 deficit at the least, but it doesn't show up on the scale at all! I don't know. Maybe if I manage to do a little jogging again it will magically budge. So much for math. My hips don't believe in it apparently.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It definitely helps to get more exercise. It always helps me to break a plateau. Maybe if you dial back the carbs and up the protein intake, you will see better results. You can do it! just stick with it.
