Yesterday I didn't have much time to walk before my son's kung fu class so I started walking on the treadmill, I did that for 20 min. Later while he was in class I walked in the parking lot for 30 min which totaled together equals 50 min. This morning I was supposed to get up an hour early, but I ended up getting up only a half an hour early to do my walking therefore I have a half an hour of walking completed. Hopefully this evening I can complete another 30 min. I don't particulary like breaking up my walking times, but I do want to successfully complete all 50 min. I think that this evening I may do 30 min as opposed to 20 min. All exercise guru's say that you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes in order to get your heart rate up so in walking for another 30 min hopefully I can guarantee to get my heart rate up twice.
I'm hanging in there, drinking water like it's going out of style. I had one Diet Coke Zero, but aside from that I have been sticking with water or sparkling water (0 calories). I'm worried about the weekend. I have to start making responsible choices on the weekend.
