well, I haven't gotten on the scale.. but after a nice burst of consistant exercise everything has gone off the rails and my eating has followed this week and as usual all of this usually goes with me throwing my sleep schedule to the wind...

My evaluation is Monday and this weekend is going to be a quiet one for me I think. I think I"m going to pick getting myself organized over being social. But I do function better with exercise.

I think I"m goign to put some bursts in tonight despite the stress of my preconference - I think it might help me get it done

Exercise is always a good treatment for stress, I think. It seems so hard to find the time, but I always feel better after! And don't forget that even if you go 'off the wagon' for a week, we are all doing so much better than before we started... over a year ago!

Evaluation was good... report cards are done... and I've acutally been good so far today and not too bad until the end of yesterday...
