Okay, so I am back to 80.6 Kg and that is bad news :( But the good thing is that atleast I know why :) Binged over the weekend - Friday, Saturday and Sunday..no exercise...Now, back on track - 1 hour Yoga atleast 4 days a week + trying to add in a short evening walk + early dinner of whole wheat salty porridge with vegetables and curd - lets see what happens ...
