Feeling better today and my head is finally clearing. Other than my run last saturday i'll have had nearly 2 weeks without doing any intense exercise, i have walked and done house work but think i should be well enough to get back to doing some proper exercise either tomorrow or saturday. I've planned my meals again for tomorrow and and got the meat out to defrost so i'll actually stick to my plan. I know that over the last week i've even all sorts of carbs as i've just been feeding my cold but now i'm ready to get back on track, undo any damage and get headed in the right direction again.

After doing a week of 800 calories before getting my cold i've decided to stick to my 1200 calories instead and do exercise and i know this will burn fat and increase muscle rather than just doing a low calorie diet which only provides temporary results and messes up your metabolism.

So come on Sal, get your head back in the game and make the last 8 weeks of the challenge bring the results you want and deserve, if your consistent and stick with the plan you will see the results and be wearing a slinky little dress for xmas. X
