Another ADF--atlternate day fasting. Friday I stopped early and we went out for Mongolian BBQ. Probably shouldn't have done that. My weight hasn't changed much at all. Over the whole week or so it's down a couple, but....I'd like to see more of course.
Today I'm planning on just watermelon the whole day and see what happens. I know it's a lot of sugar and a lot of water, but I'm not going to weigh in tomorrow. I'm going to wait until Sat. I'd like to do a few days of just watermelon, but not sure about tomorrow--it's Labor Day, plus I may need to go over to Mom's. Robert's got nothing on the calendar, but will probably work.
Hope to do better this week.
