Reading Gary Taubes book, "Good Calories Bad Calories" and getting motivated. Working to eliminate refined sugars and starches from my diet for health reasons more than weight control. Lots of evidence out there for refined food, especially sugar, being the cause of modern chronic disease.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
