I have been utilizing Dr. Fuhrman's book as a reference guide. As you can see my choices have included some meats but very little. My latest addition has been Chia Seeds which take a little getting used to. However, I am very pleased with the results. I am going to get more information on dietary needs for my age for protein. I really recommend this approach to eating and my hope is that each of you are successful. By the way, my latest cholesterol counts were 39 HDL and 35 LDL.
