I have been sticking to the induction phase with 100% accuracy and all I lost was one pound. Did a 60-70 mile bike ride today. Unfortunately I can't pin it down any further than that since I lost my odometer at some point in the ride
231.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

One pound for the week is great. Our bodies contain about 60% water, so many things can affect the scale. Are you tracking your calories? Even on Atkins you can gain if you overeat. Did you have too much sodium this week? Sodium can cause the body to retain water. Are you drinking water? It flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. You might have weeks of smaller losses and weeks of bigger ones. You might also have gains and weeks of staying the same. It's a part of the journey. Exercise, medications, sickness, stress, etc. can all affect the scale.

And don't forget that if you are building muscle, it weighs more than fat, but takes up less room. Weight is not necessarily the best indicator. Have you noticed your shape firming up? Do you take body measurements? You seem a very active person so that may give you more of a true picture than just the scales. Professional athletes often register as obese on the BMI scale, but their weight is in muscle not fat.
