still trying to figure out this site, it removes what I put in new, so just saying again that I am doing Atkins, the New Atkins for a New You. I started Sunday and the worst thing about it is I have to cook...lol...no more fast food for me. Its amazing what taking off the breads and sugars will do for the weight! I know I am carb sensitive and I am sure its because of alot of food allergies. I have never been tested, but every time I ate flour/starch, I would immediately stop up and then get phlemy...if that makes any sense to any of you.

Anyway, going good, not hungry, not craving anything, just cruising along...
313.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 142.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Like you I did not look forward to cooking, but as time has gone by I find I sorta like it. There are some really good recipes in the cook book here. My loss is really slow but if doesn't seem to bug me since it seems to be headed in the right direction. Glad to have you in the club! Joehi
