still trying to figure out this site, it removes what I put in new, so just saying again that I am doing Atkins, the New Atkins for a New You. I started Sunday and the worst thing about it is I have to cook...lol...no more fast food for me. Its amazing what taking off the breads and sugars will do for the weight! I know I am carb sensitive and I am sure its because of alot of food allergies. I have never been tested, but every time I ate flour/starch, I would immediately stop up and then get phlemy...if that makes any sense to any of you.
Anyway, going good, not hungry, not craving anything, just cruising along...
