BWW yesterday really messed me up! Ordered boneless wings without thinking that they were breaded. Ate 9 of them,with spicy garlic. Then, I looked up carb count.5.5 carbs per wing! The worst part is, I didn't enjoy them a lot because I thought that they were hotter than I liked!
Even the regular wings need to be checked for carbs.
Lesson learned!
