Sorry for my absence again guys!! It's the summer holidays - been out and about with kids a bit and visited friends up in Glasgow last week then went to another friends caravan for a couple of nights and been baking for a large summer show and done a few celebration cakes in between (I have my own small business making cakes)..................my point is its so hard to keep up the food diary when your not at home - you can't really get your scales out at someone's house and quiz them on what's in the food!!
But I have been good and I'm still trying, my main change are my portions - I have really cut down to what I used to have also picking and eating in front of telly at night - no more bars of choc or tubs of Ben & Jerry's! The other big change is Bread - I hardly ever have it now, i do like these new fangled flavoured Rivitas - they are good! Hope you are all well - I'll read a few of your posts later and catch up! x
192.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Welcome back I thought you may have given up but well done for sticking with it and aS long as you are enjoying yourself and are still being careful with your portion sizes you will get there. Don't forget it's not a race you'll hit the finishing line knowing that you haven't deprived yourself of anything. Keep up the good work.
