Yesterday was a loss...blew it. Too much work and too much stress and starving and had a stupid Arby sandwich and missed my exercise.

Today back on track - got a great work out in to make up for yesterday. I hope the scales will reflect it soon as I try to reverse my transgression of wine over the weekend.

24 days until the wedding. I do have my two dresses that I am wearing that I have not been able to wear since 2008...yes that is really what I said. I would still like to shed a little more weight though just to feel better in them. Still have to decide what to wear to the rehearsal dinner. Tossing that one around still.

Okay time to get some housework done before going with DH to get my truck and then home to cook dinner.
