Amazingly I woke up and worked out this morning. I'm feeling the workout last night and this morning now though. My right knee has been achy, and I'm wondering if my arthritis is getting worse in that knee, but I'm feeling okay now.
I didn't do too bad with my eating yesterday, and today shouldn't be too bad either. Tomorrow though, we are going to a dinner BBQ for my hubby's work. There will be lots of desserts, so I have to stay away from those. It's supposed to be hot, so hopefully if it's warm they won't tempt me.
Tonight my daughter and I are going to the music store after work to see if we can get her a viola for orchestra. She's so excited to finally be old enough to play. I hope she enjoys it and I hope we can get her what she needs tonight and we don't have to wait.
