My calves are killing me. I must stretch them out better. Today my son has gymnastics so its to the gym I go. I have to say that this seems to be getting more difficult, I mean 7 days a week. Most health nuts don't do something 7 days a week. What have I gotten myself into. Perhaps if the pain from my calves subside I'll be back on track. NO pun intended.
