I am very happy with the way my weight is coming off. On all previous diets I have really battled to loose weight and it has come off very slowly. With the 5:2 it is easy to follow and I am loosing 1Kg per week so far.
196.9 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

897 kcal Fat: 24.71g | Prot: 50.73g | Carb: 124.21g.   Breakfast: Sugar, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Oatmeal. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cheddar Cheese, Flora Flora Light, Albany slice Wholewh Brown Bread. Dinner: Chicken Breast, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Green Cabbage, Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). more...
