I've got to figure out the waking up early to workout thing. I did it last year, then after Christmas, just got out of the habit and have been struggling ever since to get back to it. So, tonight I will workout after work.

My eating was not good yesterday, but I will try to keep it better today and the rest of the week. I've got to make my lunch for the rest of the week tonight. I couldn't do it Sunday or Monday because we were busy, so I'll do it today. Turkey enchilada casserole, yummy!

Well, speaking of food I think I'm going to go heat up my lunch and get on with the day. Happy Tuesday!!

I think you just have to have the courage to start, Mars! Beat the "I wanna stay in bed" feeling and get up. Will be hard the first times, then you'll incorporate to your routine like last year!

I hear you. I was in a good exercise schedule until summer came. Now I need to get back into the groove and am struggling with it. Tell you what. Let's start a exercise train. Come to the buddies group it will be explained.

Having a buddy workout system works...I'm fortunate that my coworker and I encourage each other daily to get out there and go for a run. I think I would have lost my momentum long time if it wasn't for her!

I hate mornings. I envy those of you who can find the motivation to get up early & get that workout done. I know I could probably force myself to do it, but really I don't want to be up that early.
