I've got to figure out the waking up early to workout thing. I did it last year, then after Christmas, just got out of the habit and have been struggling ever since to get back to it. So, tonight I will workout after work.
My eating was not good yesterday, but I will try to keep it better today and the rest of the week. I've got to make my lunch for the rest of the week tonight. I couldn't do it Sunday or Monday because we were busy, so I'll do it today. Turkey enchilada casserole, yummy!
Well, speaking of food I think I'm going to go heat up my lunch and get on with the day. Happy Tuesday!!
