Feeling pretty good. Excercising regularly and watching what I eat. I must confess that losing just two pounds had helped to motivate me ever further. I hope I can make it.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
