So I finally took the plunge literally, lol. I got dunked this weekend. While the percentage made me want to cry I have to consider this a flag in the sand at this point. Makes me wonder before I have lost all my other weight what it was....SCARY! At least now I am aware I do have A LOT of lean mass and clearly know what I need to eat in order to keep on the current trend. Let's do this!
