Ended my 2nd week on plan. I have done well and shopped and got what I can eat this week. Spent Saturday cooking up chicken breasts and low fat beef for the week. Sunday I made my chicken salad and tuna salad to eat this week for breakfast and lunch. So I am planning right on time. In the first two weeks I notice the puffy look I had is gone. I got compliments from my walking buddy at work. He told me I am looking slimmer in my clothes. Staying focused on all the positives. I hope everyone is doing good this week.
