154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1034 kcal Fat: 29.64g | Prot: 70.19g | Carb: 132.19g.   Breakfast: Trader Joe's Fresh Pressed Apple Juice, Robeks Juice Fresh Carrot Juice, Canadian Bacon, Egg. Lunch: Italian Salad Dressing (Reduced Calorie), Raw Vegetable, Mixed Salad Greens, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Dinner: ShopRite Fresh Frozen Whole Strawberries, EAS Lean 15 Protein Powder - Chocolate Fudge. Snacks/Other: General Mills Curves Honey Crunch Cereal, Hunt's Vanilla Pudding Snack Pack - No Sugar Added. more...
