Has anyone tried green coffee bean extract to assist with their weight loss? Did you have good, bad or indifferent results? Did you also use it in conjunction with the inner clean or another natural laxative? Do you think just going more helped you lose the weight?
Or did the coffee bean work? I'm just wondering if it would be beneficial to accelerate the progress I am already making on my own or if it would be a waste of money.

Hey friend. Long time since I've been on here but in regards to your question, I took it for 3 weeks and didn't see any results at all. No energy and no weight loss......only a sore butt. It keeps you on the toilet and no actual weight loss.

hmmm...that's disappointing. Sounded a little too good to be true. Just looking for a little extra boost to lose these last 12 pounds. Was hoping for a miracle...will see the whole fam at my brother's wedding next weekend. I've lost nearly 20 pounds since I saw most of them...just wanted it to be a little more. Thanks for the response!

Green tea, green coffee, CLA, are just things that speed up your metabolism ... after exercise the green tea will help you burn fat reserves. It is a hard road ... my graphs show I understand but I can not get my fat burning engine to work harder. Yours looks great.
