Medifast worked well but I just couldn't afford it anymore. Plus I had started cheating so bad (more like bingeing) that I've gained back all the weight I had lost. Back to square one. I'm gonna take a break from dieting for a little while until I can get my head back in the game. In the meantime, I will continue with my martial arts classes (up to 6 days a week now) and try to behave myself with food.
