Having a very hard time keeping this thing up. I lost internet last week and my motivation at the same time. I haven't filled a full day in a week and haven't been on everyday. I crave for high carb salty foods all the time.... someone kick me in the but please!!!!!

Come on girl, get your butt in gear! If you don't have the motivation, use your determination. Plan, plan, plan!! Get some fitness magazines and read them. Get a cork board at Walmart and make an inspiration board. Put pictures, recipes, quotes, anything to motivate you. Try a new diet plan (look in the library). Take a new exercise class. See if there is a "bootcamp" class near you. They will literally kick your butt in to shape, lol! You can do this!
