Back to 80 :( Not too happy but can be attributed to the "no exercise" week + eating out a few times over the last 2 weeks..hoping to see better results by the end of this month hopefully!

1 hour yoga in the morning continues - yes! am losing inches :)
176.8 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Aaloo's own diet   gaining 0.9 lb a week
