So 10 months ago I fell of a horse and injured my right shoulder. I stopped going to the gym because of the injury at that stage I weighed 88kg waist size 96cm I did very little exercise and began gaining weight ending up at 100kgs waist size 108cm in July. Started back at the gym on the 8th of July and improved my diet. 6 weeks later weight 94kgs waist 101cm good progress.
My goal weight is 82kg My goal waist size is 88cm
My deadline for my goals is the 9th of December 2013
I have committed to at least 1 hours exercise at least 5 days per week and to alter my diet in order to achieve my goal
