No donuts or desserts at work today, thank goodness!! So, hopefully this will be a good day that I can stay on track. All I can do for my poor eating the last couple of days is try to do better today and as I keep going along. I guess I will always have those days here and there, but if I beat myself up I'll just stay in that rut of eating poorly, so time to move on.

I did get my workout in last night, but couldn't make myself get up this morning, so it will be another evening workout for me and I work late today too. Oh well, I'll probably sleep really good tonight. Tomorrow I have to workout in the morning because we have a dinner to go to after work, so I'm going to have to kick myself in the rear. The dinner won't be too bad for me to keep myself under control though because we will be more busy talking than eating.

This weekend we'll have a total of 5 dogs at our house. We are dogsitting for my Mom and my BIL, so 3 extra little dogs. They are all well behaved, so that won't be a problem, but it will be a good excuse for me to get outside and play with them instead of on my butt on the couch.

Well, that's enough rambling from me today. Happy almost Friday!!
