Argggh.. still 219.5 this morning. I know we plateau from time to time (or weigh ourselves when our water-weight is low), but I was hoping to see some positive reinforcement this morning.

Que sera.

Slow and steady.. still 4 lbs down in the last 12 days - so, all in all, on track. As Scarlett said, "Tomorrow is another day."
