ok I know its been a minute since my last update. I'm making a promise to myself to be extra diligent in my weight loss. so I'm starting again. good life here I am. gonna look good naked and be free of my negative thoughts about my body. I love my life and I love journey...
172.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
