I find I still hate eating breakfast, but I tend to eat better at lunch if I eat something small with my morning coffee. The Kashi granola bars or hard boiled eggs seem to do the trick though...

... and sitting at my desk, surrounded by lots of "free" junk food, having snacks on hand (like tangerines) keeps me from indulging my sweet tooth quite as often.

Oh man, I know what you mean about being tempted by junk food. I keep snacks around for Douga nd Miranda (I have healthy stuff too) but it is so easy to over do it on junk while the organges and bananas got uneaten.
