Okay so drained today. .I know it is TOM. I want going to exercise and I rested but then got up and kept my promise. O didn't work hard but did get 20 minutes in and one mile. I am doing the 15 Mile a week challenge and lose as much as possible challenge. So need to do something daily. I will have to pick some miles up somewhere the rest of this week. However I am happy I did it that is one less mile and I did something.
