My weight has been fluctuating by 2 to 3 pounds in the last few weeks. Maybe that is normal. I am off track these days. Restarting my weight loss program one more time, from today. I feel like I need to set some realistic goals in actual numbers, that will give me more motivation to be on track. So lets start today... Starting with simple changes. 1. Sleep - 7 hrs 2. Eat healthy - Do not miss any meal, eat on regular timings and keep control on portion size 3. Min 30 mins of exercise
